Steve Ulin
August 13 1972 – December 7, 2011
Aumsville – William Stephen Ulin Jr. was born in Corvallis, OR on August 13, 1972 to Bill and Sherry (Pellett) Ulin. He died tragically on December 7, 2011. A graduate of Santiam High School in Mill City, he went to work for Young & Morgan Truck Shop and soon after followed his father’s footsteps into the logging industry at XL Timber. He lastly was employed as a Foreman for Kodiak Pacific Construction Co. He loved to work and play, excelling at both. His sense of humor was unequaled.. His ability to make children laugh made children love him too. As his son Jestin’s basketball team coach he enjoyed teaching the kids to play and have fun. Steve was a wonderful son, brother, a great father, uncle and friend to many. Steve loved his family completely. He was preceded in death by his Grandma Peg, Grandpa Joe, Grandma Lucy and Grandpa Don Pellett, Uncle Jack Mitchell and a cousin Ron Ulin. He will be deeply missed by his Ulin Grandparents, Parents, Brother; Jim Bob, sister, Tami Lowery, Sister in law; Sarah, his ex-wife Gloria and their two children Alyssa and Jestin Ulin, nieces and nephew; Samone, Savannah, Sydney Ulin, Chloe Lowery, Reece Lowery plus numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Steve will be remembered and missed forever. Memorial Service will be Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Weddle Funeral Chapel, Stayton. Private interment at Aumsville Cemetery.
